As more and more tools and workflows are designed to make our lives faster and more efficient, UNPLUG explores an alternative approach. I developed a fictional product and launch film around a device that uses AI to analyze and optimize every aspect of your day. Only to arrive at a surprisingly simple, human solution.
Device Development
An easy-to-use, minimalistic device designed to find the most efficient solution to everyday problems.
Only to arrive at unexpectedly human answers.
From early concepts and 3D modelling to texturing, lighting and final product visualisation, I developed the project from concept to final render.
Brand Identity
& UI Concept
For the fictional UNPLUG brand, I created a cohesive visual identity with a custom logo, color palette, typography and overall visual language. The system extends into a minimal UI concept and a series of abstract backgrounds, creating a consistent visual world across the product and film.

The product film begins with a SaaS-inspired digital UI, gradually transitioning from the abstract interface into the physical product itself.
Audio
& SFX Design
Sounds were carefully hand-picked from a sound library and layered to complement the animation, resulting in 45 individual audio layers designed to enhance every interaction and movement.
